WooCommerce with [Stripe]
Installing InterPayments Plugin:
Pre-Requisites:
Access to your web store’s WordPress Admin.
InterPayments plug-in zip file Click Here to download
InterPayments provided token.
The InterPayments token is provided via Email once the (SLA)Software License Agreement is signed after the registration .
Stripe provided tokens
The tokens are provided by Stripe.WooCommerce will refer to these as “Publishable Key” and “Secret Key”.
Installation Process:
1 . Log into your web store’s WordPress admin using an administrator’s login credentials.
2 . On the left-navigation bar, click on “Plugins”.
3 . On the “Add Plugins” screen,Click the “Add New” button on the top of the page.
4 . Click the “Upload Plugin” button on the top of the page.
5 . Click the “Choose File” button and select the zip file containing the InterPayments plug-in.
6 . On the “Add Plugins” screen,Click “Install Now”.
7 . Once the plugin is successfully installed, click the “Activate Plugin” button
8 . The plugin “InterPayments for WooCommerce with Stripe” is displayed with the other installed plugins.
9 . Click on the plugin settings:
- Enable “InterPayments for WooCommerce with Stripe”
- Disable “Stripe” and save changes.
After the InterPayments plugin for WooCommerce is successfully installed, we will need to configure a few fields in order to allow access to the payment API’s.
Configuration:
1 . On the left-navigation bar, click on “Plugins”.
2 . On the “Plugins” page, scroll down to “InterPayments for WooCommerce with Stripe”.
3 . Click on “Settings” and then click on the “Manage” button.
Complete all fields below :
a) Enable/Disable - Enable Stripe Gateway (Checked).
b) Title - This text will be displayed to your customer during the payment selection process.
c) Description - This text will be displayed as additional information above the credit card information entry section.
d) Test Mode - Will allow you to select the test or production mode.
e) Stripe provided Information - Test Publishable Key, Test Secret Key, Live Publishable key and Live Secret key.
f) Test InterPayments Token - InterPayments will provide a test token.
g) Live InterPayments Token - InterPayments will provide a production token.
4 . Make sure the checkbox for the “Enable/Disable” field is enabled.
- Enable the Test mode.
- Fill in the Test InterPayments Token field
- Save changes.
Note :
After saving the changes. You will be prompted with a test token expiration date (The token is only valid for 60 Days)
along with a plugin Live Date (The date is generated based on the Software Licence Agreement signed date.Inorder to stay compliant
you will be able to surcharge your customers ONLY from the Plugin Live date).Also you will see a Transaction Fee(InterPayments calculated fee) added as a line item in your checkout page.
- Disable the Test mode.
- Fill in the Live InterPayments Token field
- Save changes.
Note : After saving the changes. You will be prompted with a plugin Live Date (The date is generated based on the Software Licence Agreement(SLA) signed date.
You will ONLY be able to surcharge your customers only from the Plugin Live date to stay compliant)On the checkout page you will see a Transaction Fee(InterPayments calculated fee) added as a line item.
Until the live date , you will only see $0.00 Transaction Fee in your checkout page.
Installation and Configuration is done!
After the Plugin Go Live Date , your customers can see the Transaction Fee line item in the checkout page.
